Mr. Oliver founded Earthwide, LLC in 2019 to provide Energy and Sustainability Master Planning, CO₂ reduction action plans, and energy & sustainability consulting services.

A passionate energy conservationist with over 29 years of energy and sustainability management, he has specialized in energy efficiency, renewable energy, sustainable design, energy audits and retro-commissioning, and facility assessments, for buildings in the commercial, educational, and government sectors.

In 1998 he founded EMO Energy Solutions, LLC, one of the fastest growing energy conservation and sustainability companies in the DC area in the 2000’s, and served as its President until 2017.

• Led EMO Energy to Inc. 5000 fastest growing company status in 2009.
• Was awarded “EcoCEO of the Year” by Smart CEO magazine in 2008
• Led over 800 energy audits, covering over 120 million ft²  of building space
• Supported more than 350 LEED projects, including full Certification for almost 100

Mr. Oliver has managed hundreds of domestic and international projects, conducted training seminars, and developed comprehensive energy awareness and education campaigns. Has published articles in multiple journals and magazines and has been a presenter and moderator at dozens of energy conferences.

He has also served in leadership roles for the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), US Green Building Council, and Virginia Sustainable Building Network (VSBN) and was recently elected to the AEE Energy Managers Hall of Fame.
